Franklin County Theatre/Arts Council:
The purpose of the Council is to provide the community with a suitable facility for performing arts productions and the display of the fine arts, to improve the image of the varied arts in the area, to increase the interest and participation of area residents in the arts, to work with the schools to encourage and develop quality arts programs and activities for the students and to bring in artists/presenters to perform and/or train.
